TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time Partner Operations Manager based in our HQ in Denver, CO. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days a week. RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Partner Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team to build, scale, and optimize the operational foundation of our indirect sales channels. In this role, you will sit at the dynamic intersection of RevOps, Channel Partnerships, and Sales Leadership with a mission to eliminate friction for our external partners, streamline deal registration, and directly accelerate partner-led revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Review, validate, and process monthly Sales reports from resellers. Quote, Opportunity and order line accuracy to be confirmed, ensuring clean handoff for downstream teams. This also includes the management of volume reports for all data share and global referral/partner channel networks. Own the Deal Registration process to manage deal flow, prevent channel conflict, and ensure accurate revenue attribution. Create a frictionless experience for our partners. Track and report on Channel KPIs, including partner-sourced pipeline, win rates, and program ROI. Automate partner onboarding and lifecycle workflows to minimize friction and accelerate time-to-revenue. Manage SKU and pricebook use for our Partner network. Ensure all product offerings are accurately communicated, reflected, priced, and structured for quoting and order management. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to refine processes, gather requirements, and implement process and system improvements that align with company goals and support a Partner Sales team Assist in tracking and managing discount approvals, platform access audits for client onboarding, and analyzing and reviewing partner qualified leads while supporting partner pipeline analysis, management, and reporting. Aid in the development and support of a new reporting output method to track partner success metrics for leadership and external stakeholders. Support channel forecasting by providing leadership with clean, real-time data on indirect sales trajectories. Define and enforce Rules of Engagement to bridge the gap between direct sales teams and external partners. Deliver operational enablement by creating documentation and guides that help partners navigate internal systems and tools. QUALIFICATIONS: 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations’ roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. High attention to detail for financial accuracy, data integrity and contractual language compliance. Excellent understanding of SaaS pricing, contracting, and revenue processes. Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills (experience with vlookup, pivot tables, index/match formulas) with an ability to translate data into insights. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across functions. Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) and experience with partner portals is a plus Certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for user issues and system enhancements. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, finance, and operations teams.
