Role Description The Partner Sales Representative EMEA is a full-time hybrid role based in the Brussels or remote if based in other regions. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with partners across the EMEA region, driving revenue growth and expanding CCS Europe’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting existing partners with product knowledge and sales enablement, coordinating joint sales activities and identify new opportunities. The Partner Sales Representative will prepare proposals, negotiate agreements within defined guidelines, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as, technical support, and product management. Regular travel within the region is required to meet partners, attend industry events, and represent CCS Europe at trade shows and customer visits.


Qualifications

  • Partner and channel sales experience, including experience managing distributors, resellers, or system integrators in the EMEA region.
  • Strong business development and account management skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing partner revenue.
  • Understanding of industrial automation, machine vision, photonics, or related technical fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing priorities independently, and collaborating effectively with international, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using CRM systems and standard business productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) to manage pipelines and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region is required.
