Mission As our Partner Success Specialist, you will be the driving force behind successful partner launches and a great day-to-day experience across Talixo’s partner portfolio. You'll own the onboarding journey, ensuring things run smoothly, service quality remains high, and our partners feel supported. You will act as the key link between Talixo’s partners and our internal teams, combining hands-on problem-solving, performance management, and great communication. Key Responsibilities 1. Partner Launch & Onboarding Own and coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding and launches. Manage launch plans to ensure everyone is aligned on requirements, timelines, and responsibilities. Coordinate internal teams, proactively resolve blockers, and ensure go-live readiness. Support partners immediately post-launch to ensure a smooth transition into everyday operations. 2. Partner Collaboration & Enablement Act as a key operational contact and build strong relationships with partner teams. Guide partners on how to get the most out of Talixo’s products, tools, and processes. Act as an operational sparring partner to Commercial Account Managers, translating partner needs into internal actions. Coordinate stakeholders to resolve operational or technical issues and support new product, feature, or destination rollouts. 3. Service Quality & Performance Monitor partner performance, quality KPIs, and adherence to agreed SLAs. Proactively identify operational risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. Dig into the root cause of issues and work with internal teams to fix them for good. Provide performance insights and recommendations to support partner and commercial decisions. 4. Processes & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate CRM records, partner documentation, and launch information. Spot inefficiencies and help us build better, more scalable processes and automation. Contribute to Partner Success playbooks, onboarding standards, and best practices. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Smooth Launches: Partners go live on time and without a hitch, thanks to your clear ownership and coordination. Partner onboarding and launches are managed with clear ownership and strong internal coordination. Partners receive proactive and reliable operational support. Partner SLAs and Talixo quality standards are consistently achieved. Operational risks are identified before they become major partner issues. Problems and escalations are resolved quickly and with clear ownership. Partners understand how to effectively use and optimize Talixo’s products and capabilities. Partner performance, engagement, and potential growth opportunities are actively identified. Internal stakeholders have clear visibility into partner requirements, performance, risks, and priorities. Partner Success processes become increasingly scalable, structured, and efficient. Ideal Profile 2–4 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment; travel, mobility, GDS, or SaaS experience is a plus. Strong project-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple partners, projects, and internal stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable taking independent ownership while collaborating closely on complex or strategically important partnerships. Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with operational KPIs and performance data. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Highly structured, organised, and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving mentality and ability to remain effective in fast-moving operational situations. Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational performance impacts partner satisfaction, retention, and growth. Comfortable working with CRM systems and operational tools. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
