Partner Support Manager
About the Partner Success team
What you’ll do
- Coordinate partner requests through Kambi’s Service Desk, helping ensure queries reach the right teams and receive an effective response.
- Support financial reporting by working with internal data tracking and helping provide partners with accurate information allowing them to get the most from the Kambi product.
- Build effective communication between Kambi and our partners, engaging with stakeholders at different levels of their organizations.
- Manage the incident support process across the Kambi network, helping coordinate communication and responses when issues arise.
- Represent Partner Success in regular sessions with internal stakeholders, keeping partner priorities and requirements visible.
- Collaborate across Kambi, building relationships with colleagues from different functions to help deliver a joined-up partner experience.
What you’ll bring
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand partner needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to your work.
- The confidence to collaborate across teams and build productive stakeholder relationships.
- An interest in sports and sports betting.
