Job Summary : Red Hat Global Partner Engagement (GPE) チームでは、日本のパートナー向けに、Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform を中心とした技術支援を担う Partner Technical Account Manager (TAM) を募集しています。 本ポジションは、パートナーに対する信頼できる技術アドバイザーとして、OpenShiftに関する運用上の課題解決を主導し、社内のサポート、開発、プロダクトチームと連携しながら、複雑な技術課題の解決および継続的な価値提供を推進します。 また、パートナーの代弁者として要望や課題を社内に適切に展開し、意思決定に影響を与えるとともに、技術的リスクの予防やライフサイクルに関するプロアクティブな提案を行います。 TAM はこれらに加え、チームメンバーとの知識共有や相互支援を行い、必要に応じてAPACおよびGlobalチームと連携しながら、チームや組織への貢献も期待されます。 Primary Job Responsibilities : ・当社製品のパートナー様からのお問い合わせに対して、レッドハットの窓口となって対応します。 ・当社製品に関する技術的な支援を、必要に応じて当社の製品サポートチーム、開発チームの支援を得ながら行います。 ・当社製品に関するバグや機能改善要望を製品開発チーム、オープンソースコミュニティにフィードバックし、修正提供の推進や改善要望の実現を支援します。 ・定期的にミーティングを実施し、サポートケースなどを通じた技術的なディスカションやビジネスの状況の共有などを行います(必要に応じて対面で行う場合もあります)。 ・当社製品を利用する上で重要なバグの情報やその回避策を提供し、問題の予防を推進します。 ・サービスレビューを定期的に実施し(四半期に一度程度の頻度)、期待されている支援ができているのかを双方で評価します。 ・当社製品を利用する上での設計や技術的な教育課題を解決するために、当社の各部門と協調して解決を推進します。 Required Skills : ・Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform または Kubernetes に関する知識、および設計・構築・運用いずれかの実務経験 ・サポートエンジニア、システムエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト、コンサルタント等として、顧客またはパートナーに対する技術リード経験を含む3年以上の実務経験 ・複数のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ課題解決および調整の経験 ・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力(パートナー及び社内の同じポジションの同僚やサポートチームといった関係者とディスカッションや折衝ができるレベル)。 ・英語での業務コミュニケーション能力（メール・チャットに加え、必要に応じて会議でのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）k Nice to Have : ・Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)、Red Hat OpenStack Platfrom、Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform といった当社製品に関する知識や、それらの開発、運用/維持保守の経験 ・エンタープライズ向け製品を使ったシステム管理、クラウド、またはミドルウェアでの経験。 ・エンタープライズ向けAI／生成AIを活用したシステムの設計、構築、運用・維持保守の経験。 ・コンピュータサイエンスまたはエンジニアリングの分野で学士号。 ・トレーニングおよびプレゼンテーションを提供した経験。 ・クラウド環境でのアプリケーションデプロイメントの経験。 ・仮想化環境の運用/維持保守の経験。 ・コンテナ化されたアプリケーションの開発・運用経験。 ・Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)資格 ・海外の組織との協業経験 About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies.
