What you'll do As a Partner Success Associate, you will drive the success of our partners by supporting them at every stage of their journey. . You will collaborate closely with Mintos legal, risk, and finance teams, as well as account executives, to deliver outstanding support to our partners - ensuring their satisfaction and helping them get maximum value from our services. This means daily communication with a wide range of representatives at our lending companies, from accountants to C-level executives. You will: Lead the onboarding of new lending companies - guiding them through the full process from initial setup to going live on the marketplace Keep partner profiles in the Mintos back office accurate and up to date, from documentation to system settings Support the operations of active lending companies by preparing amendments to legal agreements Act as the go-to person for partners on API-related technical issues Analyze partner data to spot improvement opportunities and proactively address potential challenges before they escalate Collaborate daily with legal, risk, business development, and other cross-functional teams to help our partners thrive Your professional skills and background Must-haves Excellent communication skills - active listening, persuasion, and the ability to find comprehensive solutions for partners Strong organizational skills, including time management, prioritization, and reporting Interest in process automation and using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Business level or higher level in English Solid MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) skills Nice-to-haves: Education in the relevant field Experience in client support, project coordination, or partner onboarding Basic knowledge of corporate finance What we offer 💸Competitive salary and stock options.
