Tickmill is looking to hire a Partnership Account Manager that would be responsible for overseeing the business for the ROW Region.

What the job looks like?
The Partnership Account Manager (ROW) will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform administrative and developmental duties to start up and manage business in the ROW region.
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of active partners.
  • Support partners in acquiring and converting new First-Time Depositors (FTDs).
  • Develop tailored growth plans based on each partner’s market, audience, and potential.
  • Monitor partner performance, including FTDs, net deposits, trading activity, and client retention.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners and provide ongoing commercial and operational support.
  • Reactivate inactive or underperforming partners through targeted action plans.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, Payments, and Customer Support to resolve partner-related issues.
  • Ensure partner activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular pipeline and performance reports.
  • Analyze marketing trends and track competitors’ activities and provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning operational & marketing strategies of the Company.


What will you need to be able to do the job?

  • Based in Cyprus, this position is fully on-site .
    Excellent command of English language, both written and oral.
  • 3+ years of experience either in Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company, College or University Degree, to clearly articulate and successfully implement the SK strategy with all internal/ external stakeholders and affiliates.
  • Ability to identify, open and continually drive new initiatives/ markets that will grow the brand and will be revenue accretive.
  • Outstanding negotiation & communication Skills.
  • Organizational & Management Skills.
  • Ability to work on-own-initiative.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Excellent team player.
