This position offers early career professionals an opportunity to contribute to institutional initiatives while working alongside leaders across Canada's innovation ecosystem.
Role Description: The Partnership Communications and International Affairs Associate supports executive communications and institutional engagement with government, universities, innovation organizations, diplomatic missions, and international partners. You will contribute to executive correspondence, partnership outreach, stakeholder research, institutional briefings, and strategic communications supporting CASIPA's national and international initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Support executive partnership communications.
• Research Canadian and international innovation organizations.
• Prepare executive briefings and stakeholder profiles.
• Assist with government and university engagement.
• Coordinate strategic outreach campaigns.
• Support executive events and roundtables.
• Draft institutional correspondence and partnership materials.
• Maintain stakeholder relationship records.
