Is this job info correct?

Partnerships Manager, Medical Devices Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world’s operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data. Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real-time data and detect surgical events – improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before – with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time. Once practitioners are in the OR, our Surgical Suite enables real-time remote access and creates a secure video record of every procedure; improving training, education, and collaboration. It is an intuitive asset which helps instil a culture of continuous learning, accelerates the adoption of cutting-edge medical devices, and enhances surgical performance across the entire global workforce – improving outcomes and saving lives. Proximie was commercialised in 2019 and is available in over 500 facilities globally. Check out our Founder and CEO Nadine’s Origins Story here: https://www.proximie.com/about-us/ The Partnerships Manager, Medical Devices role is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on supporting and growing partnerships within Europe. You will work alongside clinical and commercial stakeholders, including NHS trusts and medtech partners, to drive adoption of the Proximie platform across surgical environments. This role is designed for someone who understands the operating room, either through a background in clinical practice or from hands-on experience in a medical device or surgical technology company. You will be part of a growing commercial team, with real responsibility from day one: managing accounts, supporting onboarding, identifying growth opportunities and re-engaging lapsed relationships. The ideal candidate will be based in the London area. Job Responsibilities Support and grow a portfolio of accounts, helping drive platform adoption, renewals and expansion opportunities, including re-engaging lapsed accounts and building direct relationships with surgeons and theatre teams. Be present in the OR: support live clinical utilisation of the Proximie platform in labs and training environments, acting as a confident and technically credible presence alongside clinical staff. Build trusted relationships with clinical, administrative and medtech partners, positioning Proximie as the long-term operating system for intelligent operating rooms. Support and lead product demonstrations and clinical walkthroughs that clearly communicate the value of the Proximie platform to surgical and procurement stakeholders. Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience, ensuring every interaction builds trust and long-term partnership. Requirements 2+ years' experience in medical devices, surgical technology or a clinical environment; this could be direct experience in medtech sales or account management, or a clinical role such as scrub nurse, ODP or theatre practitioner who is ready to move into a commercial career. Experience in a customer-facing, sales or account management role, with an ability to manage relationships, identify opportunities, and support commercial outcomes. Direct familiarity with operating room environments and surgical workflows and comfortability getting into the OR, supporting live clinical use of the platform and engaging credibly with surgeons and theatre teams. Experience working with or selling into healthcare or NHS environments is highly desirable; a background in surgical robotics, endoscopic technology or medtech partnerships is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with surgeons, clinical leads and senior stakeholders. Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously. A collaborative team player who can also operate independently and build effective cross-functional relationships internally. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% across the UK and Europe to visit customer sites. Flexibility to work outside standard hours where needed, including evenings, early mornings, or occasional weekends, to be present when procedures are scheduled. Proximie is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other status protected under the law.
