Partnerships Specialist

Location: New York | Hybrid
Contract: 6-month contract
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

Drive partnership campaigns forward and help turn strategy into standout execution.

This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll help turn partnership strategy into clear campaign direction, drive teams and workstreams toward activation, and support the delivery of partnerships from master brief through launch. All yours. If you've mastered partnership campaign execution and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work, this is where you do it.

The role

You step into responsibility. You move fast and take accountability for the work you drive. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. This is a 6-month contract role where you’ll drive the execution of medium-complexity partnership campaigns, bring rigor to channel planning and briefing, anticipate asset and production needs, and support partner relationships operationally and commercially within agreed guardrails.

What you’ll do (and what you won’t)

  • You drive partnership campaigns from brief through launch and activation, keeping the work moving and teams aligned along the way.

  • You turn partnership strategy into clear campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and next steps.

  • You bring structure to cross-functional work, making sure priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, and deadlines are clear.

  • You ask the right questions and challenge briefs when the audience, objective, or opportunity isn’t clear enough to produce great work.

  • You coordinate campaign assets and deliverables, anticipating what teams will need and spotting potential gaps before they become blockers.

  • You work closely with creative, marketing, and channel teams to make sure campaigns are ready to launch and show up consistently across touchpoints.

  • You support relationships with partners, helping coordinate expectations, approvals, deliverables, and activation plans.

  • You help bring live activations to life and turn what you learn from each campaign into better ways of working for the next one.

You won’t

  • simply pass information between teams when the work needs your judgment.

  • wait for endless approvals when you have enough context to keep things moving.

  • hide behind process when a campaign needs momentum and a clear recommendation.

How you’ll succeed

We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll succeed by keeping partnership campaigns moving toward activation readiness, raising the quality of channel briefing and execution, and anticipating asset and production issues before they become blockers. You’ll support strong relationships with partners and internal teams, bring structure to complex cross-functional work, make sound recommendations within your guardrails, and know when something needs to be escalated.

What you’ll bring

  • You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

  • You understand partnership campaign workflows, co-branded activations, entitlement structures, and cross-functional execution.

  • You can help translate partnership strategy into structured campaign plans and drive them through delivery.

  • You bring strong campaign management discipline across timelines, dependencies, deliverables, assets, and stakeholders.

  • You communicate clearly, challenge weak inputs constructively, and drive alignment without relying on formal authority.

  • You work independently, use good judgment within agreed guardrails, and know when to involve or escalate to others.

  • You’re comfortable adapting when partner needs, timelines, assets, or activation conditions change.

  • You use AI regularly and intentionally to improve the quality, output, experience, or decisions in your work. You build repeatable ways of using it where relevant, critically evaluate outputs against a clear standard, catch issues before work ships, and remain accountable for the final result. We’ll explore how you use AI, and the judgment you apply to its outputs, during our interview process.

Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you:

  • Wait for direction instead of taking initiative

  • Mistake activity for impact

  • Feel uneasy when things are still taking shape

  • Prefer alignment meetings over decisions
