Position Summary The Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) is responsible for driving aftermarket revenue growth within an assigned territory through the sale of parts, service, inspections, maintenance agreements, and mobile service solutions. This field-based sales role develops and maintains strong customer relationships, proactively identifies business opportunities, and serves as the primary aftermarket contact throughout the customer lifecycle. The PSSR partners closely with Equipment Sales to ensure a seamless transition from new equipment delivery to ongoing service support while supporting long-term customer retention and growth. This position is fully remote, candidates must reside within the Graham, North Carolina area or the Houston and Westlake, Texas regions, as occasional in-office presence may be required on an as-needed basis. Key Responsibilities · Own and drive growth of aftermarket revenue, including parts sales, repair services, inspections, maintenance agreements, mobile service, and other value-added support offerings. · Conduct proactive customer visits, fleet reviews, operational assessments, and business development activities within an assigned territory. · Develop new customer accounts and expand relationships with existing customers through consistent field engagement and consultative selling. · Lead new-equipment in-service meetings and customer training sessions as the formal handoff from Equipment Sales to the Aftermarket organization. · Establish and maintain ongoing aftermarket relationships following equipment delivery, identifying opportunities for future parts, service, inspection, maintenance, and mobile technician support. · Maintain an active aftermarket sales pipeline and document customer activities, opportunities, and account plans within HubSpot. · Partner with Equipment Sales Representatives to support overall customer growth, referring new equipment opportunities back to the appropriate sales representative while retaining ownership of the aftermarket relationship. · Promote and execute company aftermarket programs, service initiatives, and customer retention activities, including timely follow-up on leads and marketing-generated opportunities. · Provide customers with recommendations that improve equipment uptime, reliability, productivity, and total cost of ownership. · Monitor customer fleet conditions and service history to identify preventative maintenance and lifecycle support opportunities. · Work cross-functionally with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer support and timely resolution of issues. · Maintain regular travel throughout the assigned territory and ensure consistent face-to-face customer engagement. Qualifications · 1-3 years experience in aftersales, aftermarket or service · Bachelors Degree ( Business, Sales, Tech) or 10 years with HS Diploma or GED ·Proven experience in parts, service, equipment, industrial, truck, or related B2B sales environments. · Strong consultative selling, relationship management, and account development skills. · Knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair operations, parts sales, and aftermarket support programs. · Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. · Strong communication, presentation, and customer training capabilities. · Ability to work independently, prioritize opportunities, and manage a defined sales territory.
