💃 Party & Group Sales Specialist

DivaDance Columbus | Part-Time | Remote | 100% Commission

Are you outgoing, confident, and naturally good at getting people excited? Do you love connecting with businesses, event planners, and people planning celebrations?

DivaDance Columbus is looking for a Party & Group Sales Specialist to help us grow our private party and group event business!

This role is 100% focused on booking parties and group experiences no regular class sales. Your job is to find the right opportunities, start conversations, follow up, and turn leads into booked events.

You'll help bring DivaDance experiences to:

• 👯‍♀️ Birthday & Celebration Parties
• 💼 Corporate Team-Building Events
• 🥂 Girls' Trips & Group Getaways
• 👧 Kids & Teens Birthday Parties
  
• 🎉 Private group dance experiences
• 🤝 Business and community events

📲 What You'll Do

• Respond to and follow up with incoming party and group leads
• Reach out to wedding planners, bridal businesses, venues, event professionals, and wedding-related companies
• Prospect local businesses and organizations for corporate team-building opportunities
• Build relationships with potential referral partners
• Follow up consistently with interested groups
• Answer questions and help potential clients choose the right experience
• Coordinate with the DivaDance team to get events officially booked
• Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities
• Consistently look for new ways to generate party and group bookings

💰 How You'll Get Paid

100% commission-based.

You earn a commission for the parties and group events you book, meaning the more you sell, the more you can earn.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the flexibility of a part-time role with uncapped earning potential and enjoys the thrill of closing a sale.
