Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an ESL Teacher. The teacher will deliver engaging English lessons for kids, teens, and adults, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating interactive classroom activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles, maintain a supportive and encouraging classroom environment, and collaborate with the academy team to refine teaching materials and approaches. Additional duties may involve preparing learners for exams such as IELTS, participating in staff meetings, and contributing to ongoing curriculum development.
Qualifications

• Strong instructional skills in English Teaching and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, with the ability to support learners of diverse ages and levels.
• Ability to design effective Lesson Planning and Teaching strategies aligned with learner goals and real-world communication needs.
• Experience or familiarity with IELTS preparation and other English proficiency assessments.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and/or a degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Clear, fluent English communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity when working with learners from varied backgrounds.
• Strong classroom management, organizational skills, and reliability in a full-time, on-site teaching environment.
• Prior experience teaching in language academies or schools is advantageous.
