The team champions the University's values through meaningful partnerships with schools and communities, supporting students and whānau as they prepare for and transition into tertiary education. Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking an experienced secondary middle-level leader to join our team for a six-month fixed-term period, supporting the delivery and development of our Pathways Programme. This role will assist with overseeing University pathway programmes that support the successful preparation and transition of students into tertiary study. You will contribute to the strategic development and service delivery of pathway initiatives, working across the secondary–tertiary interface to strengthen connections and support equitable student success. Drawing on your educational leadership experience, you will help build meaningful partnerships with schools and contribute to programmes that create opportunities for students to confidently navigate their journey into university. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), 6-month fixed term position. The salary range for this roles is $87,000 - $107,500 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
