Full-Time/Day Shift
The Patient Financial Counselor is a subject matter expert in insurance eligibility, financial assistance programs, and revenue cycle operations. This role serves as a liaison between patients, clinic staff, providers, and leadership to ensure accurate insurance verification, resolve billing and eligibility issues, support regulatory compliance, and improve clinic financial performance and patient experience.

Required qualification:
- 3 years Experience in a Business Office, preferably in a financial/billing position.
- Experience with medical and health plan terminology, CPT codes, ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding.
Preferred qualification:
- College coursework.
- Experience with medical specialty.
