As a Patient Outreach Specialist, you’ll make outbound calls to patients using lists provided by the client, keep conversations professional and engaging, and document every outcome. Job Details

• Position: Patient Outreach Specialist
• Location: 100% Remote – open to candidates residing in Latin America (expats welcome)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: approx. $1,100 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour), plus commission

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Patient Calls: Call patients using client-provided contact numbers and work through daily call lists.
• Patient Engagement: Hold clear, professional, and friendly conversations that keep patients engaged.
• Follow-Up: Reconnect with patients as needed to complete outreach.
• Call Documentation: Record call outcomes and patient responses accurately

What You Bring

• Professional Background: At least 2 years of recent experience in outbound cold calling or patient outreach.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and accurate call documentation.
• Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
• Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
