Texas Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing Centralized Scheduling and Referral Team. Answer incoming patient calls Schedule new and follow-up appointments Process physician referrals accurately Coordinate with clinics and providers Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system including verifying and updating patient demographics, insurance information, and other required documentation Deliver compassionate customer service Help patients begin their therapy journey Qualifications What We're Looking For 1+ year of medical office, scheduling, patient access, referral coordination, or medical call center experience Excellent phone communication skills Comfortable managing multiple calls while maintaining accuracy Strong computer and data entry skills High School Diploma or GED Must live near Live Oak/San Antonio, TX for required training and occasional in-office meetings Who We Are: For 20 years, Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) has been helping people return to their work, life, and play without pain.
