💡 Candidate Tips: Make Your Application Stand Out!
To ensure our recruiting team flags your resume during this early-access campaign, tailor your CV using these tips:
- Highlight Professional English & Communication Skills:
- Clearly state your English proficiency level (e.g., Professional English Fluency / Native / C2) in your summary section, noting any experience supporting U.S.-based patients or clients.
- Detail Tech Support & Troubleshooting Tools:
- Explicitly name any technical support ticketing tools, web portals, or remote software you have used to guide users through technical issues (e.g., telehealth platforms, portal password resets, app navigation).
- Spell Out Healthcare Systems & Billing Experience:
- Detail specific EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Cerner) and specify any experience in medical billing, claims submission, or prior authorization tracking.
- Quantify Multi-Tasking & Call Volume:
- Include specific operational metrics (e.g., "Resolved 50+ patient tickets daily across call and portal channels while maintaining 99% data entry accuracy").
- Format for ATS Readability:
- Organize your resume with standard section headings (Work Experience, Technical & Healthcare Skills, Education, Certifications) in PDF or Word format so our tracking system parses your experience correctly.
