We are recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) with a national Clinical Trials Participation Award, FCS offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida. Our patients have access to ground-breaking therapies, in a community setting, and may participate in national clinical research studies of drugs and treatment protocols. In the past five years, the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary
: Post all payments from insurance carriers and patients in an accurate and timely manner.
Balance daily work between practice management system and bank report.
Work with multiple software systems and websites.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
: - High School diploma or GED required. -
1-2 years’ experience in processing cash and insurance payment transactions in a medical setting or a relevant financial background or any combination of the two is preferred. -
Understanding of insurance payment processes and how to read an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is preferred. -
Ability to process a large amount of transactions with a high degree of accuracy preferred.
Proficient in working with figures and strong analytical skills. -
Ability to work under pressure and to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
