The role As a Payments Operations Specialist at B2Spin, you'll sit at the heart of our financial operations — keeping transactions accurate, redemptions flowing smoothly, and our platform protected against fraud. This is a detail-driven role where sharp analytical thinking meets decisive action, and where your work directly protects the player experience we're known for. What you'll do Own the end-to-end invoice process: receiving, verifying, reconciling, and resolving errors or inconsistencies to keep financial records clean and audit-ready Process and validate player redemptions accurately and on time, ensuring a seamless experience for our players Reconcile system reports against balances, investigate discrepancies, and drive issues through to resolution Review account activity to detect and flag fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or anomalies — making clear, confident decisions on account resets, redemption approvals, and bonus outcomes Investigate and respond to billing queries, acting as a reliable point of contact across departments for payment-related questions What we're looking for Proven experience in a payments, finance operations, or accounts payable role — you know your way around invoices and reconciliations Strong eye for detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in financial data quickly and accurately Solid understanding of fraud indicators, AML red flags, and when to escalate — you take compliance seriously Confident decision-maker who can weigh risk and act independently on account-level resolutions Clear communicator who can translate payment issues into plain language for non-finance colleagues Experience with financial or payments platforms and an ability to learn internal tooling quickly Familiarity with the iGaming or Social Casino space is a plus, but not essential Our values At B2Spin, we're passionate about building products that genuinely move the needle — and that same energy applies to how we run our operations.
