As a Payments Processor, you’ll manage incoming payments, match transactions, and reconcile accounts to support U.S.-based healthcare clients. You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external teams — and fluent English communication is essential to keep everything running smoothly.

👤What You’ll Be Doing:

✔️Process and record incoming payments from insurance companies and patients

✔️Match payments with invoices and services provided

✔️Reconcile daily transactions and resolve discrepancies

✔️Update financial records and ensure accurate data entry

✔️Report payment trends, delays, or irregularities to internal stakeholders

✔️Collaborate with U.S.-based teams to ensure timely resolution of payment issues

📚 What You Bring:

✨Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✨English communication skills (B2+ level)

✨Experience with payment processing, accounting, or data entry (preferred but not required)

✨Familiarity with spreadsheets and financial software
