We're looking for a Payments Analyst to join our growing team and help optimize the payment experience across our global markets. This role sits at the intersection of payments, finance, analytics, and operations, with a strong focus on payment performance, provider management, payment optimization, risk monitoring, and revenue growth. You will work closely with Finance, Ecommerce, Product, Marketing, Operations, and external payment partners to improve conversion rates, expand payment capabilities, monitor payment health, and ensure seamless payment operations across multiple markets. This is not a routine operations role. We're looking for someone who understands how payments influence conversion, customer experience, risk, and revenue—and can use data to drive meaningful business impact. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Own the lifecycle of payment providers and methods, from onboarding and launch to performance optimization. Monitor payment performance, authorization rates, declines, chargebacks, refunds, and other key payment KPIs; Manage and monitor chargeback prevention alerts, including Ethoca, RDR, CDRN, CE 3.0, Order Insight (OI), and VISA VAMP tracking; Analyze payment data to identify trends, root causes, optimization opportunities, and revenue-impacting issues; Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and payment intelligence tools to continuously monitor and improve performance; Support day-to-day finance and payment operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, account reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records; Research and evaluate payment solutions while driving improvements across payment infrastructure, processes, and operational efficiency; Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity. WHAT WE EXPECT: 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, finance, accounting, revenue operations, or financial analysis; Strong understanding of the payment processing lifecycle, card schemes, acquiring, and alternative payment methods; Hands-on experience working with payment providers, payment gateways, acquirers, or merchant accounts; Experience with chargeback prevention and dispute management tools such as Ethoca, RDR, CDRN, CE 3.0, Order Insight, or similar programs; Familiarity with VISA VAMP monitoring, risk indicators, and payment ecosystem best practices would be a strong advantage; Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets, reports, and financial models; A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and willingness to take ownership of projects and processes; Ability to work with confidential financial information in a professional manner; Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency; Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
