The Role
As a Payments Analyst within our Payments organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving net revenue optimization and ensuring operational integrity across our payment ecosystem. You will serve as a key subject matter expert on payment pricing dynamics and settlement and reconciliation flows.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Accounting, Finance, and Product teams to craft bespoke financial strategies and safeguard our data integrity. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to influence revenue outcomes, streamline reconciliation processes, and directly support Arrive's continued global growth.
How to make an impact
Perform deep-dive investigations into reconciliation issues identified by internal reconciliation tools to ensure transaction accuracy and cost efficiency.
Generate bespoke pricing proposals and financial repositioning models for existing customers and new prospects to support Sales and Account Management teams.
Analyze Arrive’s underlying payment costs—including interchange rates and scheme fees—to determine optimal processing strategies and advise on strategic pricing adjustments that enhance net revenue.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, and Product teams to maintain the integrity of payments data and align financial forecasting with product capabilities and market costs.
Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously monitor payment processing trends and deliver processing cost savings.
Leverage AI-assisted data analysis and predictive modeling to identify hidden cost anomalies, detect processing fee spikes, and automate complex reconciliation workflows.
About you You are an analytical, curious, and detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You bring a strong growth mindset and enjoy translating complex financial and payment data into clear, actionable insights for key business stakeholders. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships, driving alignment across teams, and diving deep into transactional data to solve complex puzzles. If you are passionate about optimization, financial integrity, and contributing to a supportive, expanding team, you will thrive in this role.
Your background
3–5+ years of progressive professional experience as a Payments Analyst, Commercial Financial Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role focused on payment processing and revenue optimization.
Deep domain expertise in the payments ecosystem, including interchange rates, scheme fees, card network pricing structures, and transaction processing workflows.
Strong proficiency in advanced financial modeling, pricing analysis, and working with complex, high-volume transactional datasets.
Hands-on experience investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving complex data reconciliation discrepancies using internal reconciliation or BI tools.
Demonstrated track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Accounting, and Finance teams.
This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
