In this role, you will: Handle end-to-end payment operations for multiple payment methods, including deposits, withdrawals, card processing, e-wallets and crypto settlements. Monitor payment flows and transaction queues to ensure timely processing and minimise delays. Investigate and resolve payment anomalies, chargebacks, failed transactions and reconciliation discrepancies. Coordinate with finance, compliance, fraud and product teams to escalate and remediate critical incidents. Perform daily and periodic reconciliations, prepare reports and support month-end closing activities. Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal systems with resolution outcomes. Support onboarding and integration of new payment providers by testing flows and validating settlements. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and knowledge base articles to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Adhere to regulatory, AML and company policies when handling customer funds and sensitive payment data. Skills you’ll need to bring: 2+ years of experience in payments operations, finance operations or a closely related role within fintech, iGaming or e‑commerce. Solid understanding of payment lifecycles, settlement mechanisms, reconciliation and chargeback handling. Experience working with payment service providers, acquiring banks, PSPs, and crypto gateways is desirable. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proven ability to investigate and resolve transaction issues. Confident use of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and experience with ticketing/operations platforms. Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in finance, product and compliance. Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. English — Intermediate (B1+) or higher. Nice to have: Experience with SQL or data tools to query transaction datasets. Familiarity with AML processes, KYC and regulatory reporting obligations. Previous exposure to iGaming payment nuances (limits, geo-specific providers, bonus/hold rules). Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline repetitive tasks.
