The company enables seamless global payment acceptance and business integrations and is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) in Canada . Role Overview Join a dynamic team as a Payments Performance Analyst and contribute to optimizing payment processes and performance. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by analyzing payment channels and methods, identifying key performance drivers, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Analyze performance across payment channels, methods, and partners to identify key drivers behind changes. Own and monitor key payment metrics like approval and conversion rates, transaction costs, etc. Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps before they affect the business. Build and maintain dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making. Propose efficient ways to structure, optimize, and improve payment performance. Investigate performance changes and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams to translate insights into business actions. Support data-driven decision-making by turning complex datasets into clear conclusions. Requirements Strong hands-on experience in data analysis , ideally within Payments, FinTech, Banking, or another transaction-heavy industry. Strong SQL skills , with the ability to independently extract, manipulate, and analyze large and complex datasets. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets , including building analytical models and working with complex data. Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and key performance drivers . Understanding of the payments ecosystem , including PSPs, acquiring, card schemes, payment methods, and APMs. Experience analyzing payment performance metrics such as approval and conversion rates, transaction costs, routing, and payment partner performance . Ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations . Fluent English and Russian , as both languages are used in daily communication.
