Our Finance teams contribute to Electrolux purpose by providing financial expertise and business insights that support sustainable growth and innovation. What you’ll do:

We are seeking a Payments Specialist to join our LATAM Payments team, supporting operations across Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. This role is responsible for driving payment performance, fraud prevention strategies, payment method expansion, and end-to-end project leadership across the region.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, project management experience, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the digital payments ecosystem.


In the detail, you will:

  • Develop and execute the LATAM payments strategy, driving payment performance and customer experience.
  • Manage payment providers, banking partners, and fraud prevention vendors, including commercial negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Monitor and improve key payment and fraud KPIs, ensuring efficient payment flows and risk mitigation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects related to payments, fraud prevention, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate project roadmaps, timelines, stakeholder communication, and performance measurement.
  • Identify innovative tools, technologies, and market trends that can enhance payment performance, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Marketing and commercial teams to develop payment campaigns that drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and governance routines to support business decisions and ensure compliance.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).


Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in Financial Scope: Payments, Fraud Prevention, E-commerce, Fintech, Financial Services, or Digital Commerce.
  • Experience managing payment providers, acquirers, gateways, PSPs, issuers, and banking partners.
  • Experience leading complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience monitoring and improving payment approval rates and fraud KPIs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
