As a Payroll Admin (m/f/d), You will take ownership of the French payroll cycle, working closely with HR, Finance, and external providers to guarantee smooth and compliant operations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You manage accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on the French market You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and third-party providers to resolve complex payroll issues You support the preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance You serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions from employees and HR teams You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You bring 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation Education You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field Tools You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e.g., ADP, Workday) Attention to Detail You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation Languages You are fluent in French and English, both written and verbal (mandatory) Soft Skills You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally in an international environment WHAT WE OFFER The SIXT Lisbon Experience Two of Lisbon's most exciting hubs — Factory Lisboa in Beato and ARTs Lisboa in Parque das Nações — are where you'll find your new home base.
