As a Payroll Administrator, you will manage payroll activities using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Payroll while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent service delivery. What you'll do Process payroll and resolve payroll-related queries Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery in line with SLAs Support payroll controls, compliance checks, reporting, and year-end activities Maintain payroll documentation, procedures, and work instructions Perform payroll data validation and corrections where needed Communicate with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders Support system updates, testing, and process improvements Assist and guide junior team members when required What we're looking for 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or shared services environment Understanding of payroll processes, compliance, controls, and statutory reporting Experience with SAP Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple priorities Good communication skills in English Experience supporting multinational clients is an advantage Nice to have Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Management, Concur, or payroll integrations Payroll certifications (CPP, CPS, CPM) Knowledge of the local language What we offer Opportunity to join a growing international payroll organization Flexible hybrid working model Training and career development opportunities Exposure to global clients and projects Competitive salary and benefits package Inclusive and supportive work environment If you're passionate about payroll, enjoy working with systems and processes, and want to build your expertise in an international setting, we'd love to hear from you.
