Operating from our Ahmedabad office, we handle critical business functions for these franchises, including Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, and the complete employee onboarding and offboarding process.
*Role Overview*
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our US-based workforce is paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with US labor laws.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Payroll Processing* : Prepare and execute accurate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for a complex, multi-state US workforce.
*Compliance & Benefits Administration* : Manage FLSA adherence, 401(k) contributions, health benefits, I-9 verifications, and multi-state employee tax setups.
*HR & Employee Liaison* : Act as the primary point of contact for US employees regarding payroll queries, leaves of absence, and tax setups. Coordinate directly with USA-based HR teams for seamless onboarding (new hires) and offboarding (terminations).
*Record Keeping & Reporting* : Maintain organized payroll files, employee records, and related documentation. Generate accurate weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
*Data Privacy & Security* : Strictly adhere to confidentiality protocols to securely handle sensitive financial information, compensation data, and personal employee records.
*Key Qualifications*
*Education* : Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) is mandatory.
*Experience* : 0 to 3 years of professional experience in any field. Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
*Communication* : Exceptional written and verbal English skills to effectively coordinate across time zones with USA-based HR teams and confidently resolve employee payroll disputes.
*Technical Proficiency* : Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets. Excellent typing speed is required.
*Attention to Detail* : High level of accuracy when processing large sets of numerical data, managing complex spreadsheets, and spotting calculation errors before finalizing payroll.
