We’re partnering with a growing organisation that is looking for a Payroll Associate to support their newly appointed Payroll Manager as the payroll function continues to develop. This role would suit someone reliable, detail-focused and autonomous, with strong payroll experience and the ability to deliver an accurate, high-quality service across a varied client base. You’ll need to be comfortable working remotely, managing deadlines and working closely with the Payroll Manager.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing payroll for multiple clients

• New starters, leavers and contractual changes

• SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP and other statutory payments

• Pension contributions and payroll deductions

• RTI submissions and HMRC payroll requirements

• Payroll queries and discrepancy resolution

• Payroll records, audits and documentation

• Year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11Ds where applicable

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years payroll experience

• Reliable, autonomous personality

• Someone looking for a long term position

• Healthcare sector experience preferred, not essential

• Payroll software implementation experience preferred, not essential
