Payroll Consultant

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is a leading B2B services provider in Greece, with over 55 years of experience and 2,800+ people supporting businesses across industries through Outsourcing, HR Services, Consulting and Claims Management. We are looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our Payroll Services team. You will work hands-on with payroll processes and support clients on day-to-day payroll and compliance matters. Key Responsibilities Run and review payroll for clients across different sectors Maintain payroll records (leaves, absences, maternity, etc.) Respond to payroll-related questions from employees and clients Provide guidance on labor law, taxation and compliance Communicate with public authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE) Stay up to date with legislative changes and support clients proactively Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field 2+ years of experience in payroll or payroll outsourcing Solid knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation Experience with payroll systems (e.g. Epsilon Net, SoftOne) Good command of English Strong organization skills and attention to detail Salary aligned with experience and expertise Hybrid work flexibility Private health insurance Ongoing training and professional growth A stable, collaborative workplace culture This role offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established payroll team, supporting a robust client portfolio and handling complex payroll cases.
