The Role We are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our growing team. You will act as the key point of expertise for a diverse portfolio of clients, safeguarding accuracy, compliance, and excellence across all payroll processes. Key Responsibilities Execute, review, and validate payroll processes for clients across multiple industries Provide day-to-day advisory support on labor law, taxation, and compliance matters Liaise with public authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE) Monitor legislative updates and proactively inform clients of implications Mentor and support junior members of the payroll team Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Epsilon Net, SoftOne) Strong written and verbal command of English Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client demands with professionalism A compensation package aligned with your experience, skills, and professional background Private Health Insurance Hybrid work model Continuous learning and clear career development opportunities A collaborative, supportive, and people-first work environment
