Payroll Executive

Our client, a well-established and growing professional services firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join their Outsourcing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while developing your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services and ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.

As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for a range of clients across various industries. This position offers excellent exposure to client-facing work and the opportunity to build your career within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls from start to finish using payroll software packages such as Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with Irish employment legislation, Revenue requirements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related returns and statutory filings.
• Respond to client payroll queries and provide professional support and guidance.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation and Revenue guidance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong knowledge and experience of Irish payroll processes and legislation.
• Experience working with payroll software, including Sage Payroll, BrightPay, or similar systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An IPASS qualification would be advantageous.
