The Role

As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll manage your own portfolio of payroll clients, taking responsibility for the payroll process from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys building client relationships, solving problems and delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.

  • Processing payroll data through manual input and imports.

  • Creating BACS files and RTI submissions.

  • Checking payroll calculations and ensuring accuracy.

  • Producing payroll reports, payslips, P45s and pension outputs.

  • Responding to client and third-party queries.

  • Completing reconciliations and year-end activities.

  • Supporting compliance with current HMRC legislation.

  • Working to agreed service levels and deadlines.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across Payroll, Product and Support teams.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience processing payrolls.

  • Payroll software experience.

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are desirable but not essential.

What's in it for you?

  • Career development within a market-leading software and services organisation.

  • Exposure to a broad and varied client portfolio.

  • Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your payroll expertise.

  • The chance to be part of a business that supports over 20% of the UK workforce through its payroll solutions

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Impact: Your work will influence millions globally.

  • Growth: Continuous learning and career development opportunities.

  • Belonging: A culture that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.
