In this role you will:

Tus responsabilidades :

• Te implicarás y actuarás en todos los procesos administrativos de RRHH para asegurarte de su gestión rigurosa.
• Gestión de los contratos: prepararás y modificarás contratos y documentación relativa para las incorporaciones de nuevos Papermates!
• Offboarding: harás seguimiento y ejecución de los offboardings (preparación de finiquitos).
• Payroll: tendrás un papel clave en la gestión interna de la nómina.
• C&B: podrás participar en la implementación y gestión de nuestros beneficios sociales (Retribución flexible, seguro médico, etc).
• Comunicación con autoridades: te encargarás de la comunicación con las instituciones públicas pertinentes (Hacienda, Seguridad Social, INE,...).
• Proyectos de RR.HH.: participarás en diferentes proyectos de RR.HH., como la revisión de los beneficios, la configuración de nuestro sistema de nóminas (SAGE), u otras ideas que puedan surgir dentro del equipo!

Tu perfil :

• Tienes experiencia previa en Administración de Nóminas o RRHH.
• Tienes buen conocimiento de la legislación laboral española (nóminas, contratos, procesos... ).
• Eres muy organizado/a, riguroso/a, dinámico/a y proactivo/a.
• Estás orientado/a a la búsqueda de soluciones y te gusta asumir nuevos retos.
• Hablas español e inglés (nivel B2).
• Te gustan los números y has trabajado anteriormente con Hojas de Cálculo (Excel, Google Sheets...)
