Payroll Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Lead and manage payroll operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.

• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles, including payment approvals and audits, to maintain accuracy and compliance with regional labor laws and tax requirements.

• Drive team performance, manage capacity planning, and support the development of the payroll team.

• Maintain and update payroll process documentation, support system enhancements, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with HRIS and IT.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to provide essential payroll reports and insights.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a minimum of 7-9 years' related payroll experience.

• 3-5 years of experience processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls, with a strong understanding of regulations, tax, compliance, and labor laws.

• Proven leadership experience and team management skills, with the ability to lead change and implement new processes.

• CPP certification.
