Nuts & Bolts:

• End-to-end weekly payroll processing across multiple sites
• Go-to person for complex payroll queries and calculations, including terminations, back pays, leave entitlements, overtime and deductions
• Modern Award interpretation and ensuring compliance across the business
• Monthly payroll tax, PAYG and superannuation processing and reconciliation
• Workers' compensation claims and statutory reporting
• Pre- and post-pay checks, reconciliations, and month- and year-end processing
• Liaising with site and venue teams to ensure timesheets are accurate and on time
• Supporting and sharing knowledge with the wider payroll team
• Identifying and driving process improvements

Looking for:

• 4+ years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a high-volume, multi-site environment
• Strong Modern Award interpretation skills; hospitality, retail or casual-heavy workforce experience is a big plus
• Confidence with complex calculations, reconciliations and payroll compliance
• Dayforce experience is a highly prized, but not essential
• Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong team player with exceptional communication skills
• Drive and enthusiasm to grow with a fast-paced, expanding business
