Role Description The Payroll Social Insurance (SI Certified) role is a full-time remote position responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and social insurance administration for assigned clients. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating payroll data, calculating wages and deductions, administering social insurance contributions, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs. The role involves managing garnishments, coordinating with clients on payroll changes, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Payroll Social Insurance professional will prepare payroll reports, respond to employee and client inquiries, support audits, and continuously monitor regulatory updates affecting payroll and social insurance.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in payroll administration and payroll processing, with experience managing regular and off-cycle runs.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll services, including compliance with statutory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Experience handling garnishments and other statutory deductions with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Social insurance certification (SI Certified) and proven experience administering social insurance contributions and benefits.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms; proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach in a remote work environment.
• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field; prior experience in payroll outsourcing or shared services is an advantage.
