Payroll Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to oversee and process our company’s payroll functions. We usually respond within a week Location: Otopeni Schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30 (one-hour break) Hybrid What we offer: Salary UP TO 6500 RON (fixed salary + meal card); Easter and Christmas holiday bonuses of RON 250 each; Work equipment; Discounts on our car rental services; Free library subscription to Bookster; International working environment; Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization; Supportive and collaborative team culture; Responsibilities: Collect and verify payroll-related data, including timesheets, attendance records, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and employee leave. Calculate gross and net salaries for all employees. Calculate and apply payroll taxes, social security contributions, and income tax. Generate and verify employee payslips. Prepare and submit payroll and tax reports and statutory declarations in accordance with local legal requirements. Administer sick leave, annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other types of employee absences. Ensure timely salary payments and reconcile payroll-related transactions. Maintain payroll records and archive payroll documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, and Audit departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Provide support to employees regarding payroll, taxation, deductions, benefits, and payslip-related inquiries. Monitor changes in labor and tax legislation and implement the necessary updates in payroll processes. Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing payroll documentation and reports. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll; Advanced English (spoken and written); Strong knowledge of payroll administration, labor law, and tax regulations. Experience with payroll software and HR/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP, Charisma, WizSalary, or similar platforms). Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in payroll calculations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to handle confidential payroll and employee information with discretion. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reconciliation). Why Klass Wagen?
