Payroll Specialist - Palkkahallinnon asiantuntija

We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join Firmally.

Firmally is an authorized accounting firm offering accounting, payroll, HR, and advisory services to businesses in Finland and internationally. As we continue to grow our payroll services, we're looking for a new colleague to join our team.

You'll work with a diverse range of clients, primarily international companies operating in Finland. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire payroll process, from payroll calculations and the interpretation of collective agreements and legislation to onboarding new clients and maintaining day-to-day communication with clients and partners. Advising and supporting both clients and colleagues is also an important part of the role.

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of payroll experience, a solid understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to work confidently in English, Swedish, and Finnish. Since many of our clients operate internationally, you'll have the opportunity to work in an environment where both local expertise and international collaboration are part of everyday work.

We offer a competitive salary of €3,090–€4,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications, as well as flexible working arrangements, comprehensive employee benefits, and opportunities for continuous professional development. The position can be based at our office in Parainen or remotely by agreement.
