About Your Workplace Join Miele's People & Organisation team and play a key role in delivering accurate, seamless and employee-focused Payroll and HR services across Australia and New Zealand. As our Payroll & Systems Coordinator , you'll work across payroll, Workday and HR administration, supporting our people and leaders while ensuring the integrity of our systems and data. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys combining payroll expertise with systems, problem-solving and continuous improvement to create better and more efficient employee experiences. Your Responsibilities Support end-to-end payroll and time & attendance processes, ensuring employees are paid accurately and in accordance with relevant requirements Maintain accurate payroll and HRIS data in Workday, providing first-level systems support and resolving data or system issues Respond to employee and manager enquiries across payroll, superannuation, taxation, leave, contracts and HR systems Process employment contracts and variations and support onboarding, cross-boarding and offboarding activities Support payroll compliance, reporting, audits, reconciliations and employee deductions and contributions Analyse People data and produce reporting to support effective business and HR decision-making Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve payroll, HR systems, processes and the employee experience What We Are Looking For Must-have: Previous experience working with payroll, HR systems or People data Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll or systems queries Strong customer service and communication skills with confidence supporting employees and managers Collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Nice-to-have: Experience using Workday or another contemporary HRIS Experience supporting payroll within Australia and/or New Zealand Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, compliance or audit activities HR, Business, Accounting or related qualification Experience working within a large or international organisation Our Benefits Hybrid working that blends flexibility and connection: 2 WFH days, 2 flexible office days + Wednesday team connection day Quarterly Life Leave – one paid day each quarter to recharge Personal development and career opportunities Employee discounts
