Job Overview:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will serve as an integral part of the team interfacing with Clients, Account Executives, Sales, Operations and Finance team members. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Services team with daily activities that enable complete post-sale success and customer satisfaction. The coordinator will assist the client services Implementation and Account Managers and Account Executive(s) with day-to-day client and team needs, including updating implementation documents and trackers, research, reporting, scheduling meetings, note taking, and other support activities.
Responsibilities:

Forge trusting relationships with client counterparts.

Support Account Managers as the initial point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries from clients, Brokers, third party administrators, or internal team members on behalf of the client.

Maintain an understanding of challenges faced by customers.

Support research activities to help drive resolution for client issues.

Coordinate with internal and external teams as necessary.

Assist with new client implementations.

Research rejected claims.

Contact pharmacies to resolve point-of-sale issues.

Contact members to assist with benefit and claims inquiries.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of requests.

Pull and deliver monthly client reporting.

Support Account Managers in creation and maintenance of process and procedure documents.

Manage day to day aspects of smaller clients with the oversight of the Account Manager or Senior Account Manager.

Support Account Managers in gathering of client requirements for annual open enrollment processes, including benefit changes and customized requirements.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Knowledge in healthcare, insurance or PBM industry.

Experience in pharmacy benefit management operational processes.

Computer and typing proficiency.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of common spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (Power Point, Google Slides).

Motivated individual who is well-organized and able to work with minimal amount of supervision.
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
