What do we expect you to bring?

• Graduates from Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields, as well as from closely related disciplines such as Mathematics and Statistics.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of reading and writing code in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).
• Practical knowledge of APIs, databases (SQL), data flows, and system integrations.
• End-to-end experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

How can you make an impact?

• Quickly grasp complex corporate architectures and decipher the logic of inter-system integrations.
• Communicate with technical teams (developers, architects, DevOps) in their own language; technically question effort estimates and solution proposals when necessary.
• Independently analyze architecture and technical details without relying on AI tools.
• Independently assess the technical feasibility of requests from business units and conduct direct technical discussions with architecture teams.
• Validating that delivered products align with defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Managing and executing comprehensive product testing cycles, including post-development verification and validation activities, to ensure delivered solutions meet functional and business expectations.
