What you’ll do As a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll: Partner with leaders to provide practical people advice and support Assist with employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters Support workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives Coach leaders through people processes and build their capability and confidence What you’ll bring Experience in a HR/P&C Business Partnering setting Sound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary people practices Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders A proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing people matters (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
