Where You'll Make a Difference Lead and coordinate the Plant Cost Analysis team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, financial objectives, and operational priorities. Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering technical expertise, professional growth, and career development. Oversee plant cost analysis activities, including product cost validation, cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis (POV, PPV, CCV). Collaborate with Plant Cost Analysts, Supply Chain, Integrated Operations, and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to improve plant performance and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and internal and external audit standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, promoting process optimization, standardization, and operational excellence across the team that drives productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering high-quality service and resolving operational challenges effectively. Support workforce planning, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure a sustainable talent pipeline. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Accounting . +7 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or a related analytical function. Experience leading and developing teams, with 2–4 years of people management experience preferred. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of plant cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and financial performance management. Strong knowledge of SAP and financial systems, including reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Experience partnering with manufacturing operations , supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Strong assertive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels. Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies. Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
