Role Summary: Support the process of conducting quality assurance of products, systems, and materials to make sure there are no defects, and ensure quality is in line with organization and national and international standards. Perform inspections at any stage of operation in which close attention is necessary to detect defects. Responsibilities: Perform visual and physical checks to verify product specifications and reject non-conforming materials. Support quality assurance efforts by adhering to strict standards and procedures. Follow compliance protocols to ensure work meets regulatory and internal requirements. Prepare and manage documentation using standard templates and filing procedures. Work according to assigned schedules and participate in training to build inspection and documentation skills. Required Qualifications: Education: No formal education requirement; literacy and numeracy skills preferred. General Experience: Very limited work-based experience (0 to 3 months) Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies and ability to follow established procedures to ensure compliance. Ability to collect, review, and report quality data accurately to support product and service excellence. Familiarity with document management tools and desktop publishing for organizing and preparing inspection records. Skill in interpreting policies, regulations, and project quality standards to support inspection activities. Effective verbal communication and attention to detail to ensure clarity and accuracy in reporting and assessments. Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently while working under supervision in a regulated environment. Manufacturing quality experience preferred.
