About MyOutDesk Since 2008, MyOutDesk has connected highly skilled professionals with growing and established U.S.-based organizations, enabling them to make a real and measurable business impact as part of extended global teams. Trusted by companies in real estate, healthcare, finance, professional services, and other growth industries, MyOutDesk provides professionals the opportunity to build stable, long-term remote careers while contributing meaningfully to high-performing teams. About the Role We are looking for organized, service-driven professionals to support U.S.-based healthcare organizations with administrative and operational tasks. This is not a clinical role — you will be providing back-office and customer-facing support including scheduling, insurance verification, patient coordination, and medical records management. If you have experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients from a BPO environment, or a strong administrative background and an interest in healthcare — we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately. Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and insurance companies professionally. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through U.S. payer portals. Support prior authorization requests and follow up until resolved. Accurately document and maintain patient records in EHR or CRM systems. Process referrals and coordinate care navigation tasks as needed. Monitor work queues and meet daily productivity and quality targets. Handle all patient information in full compliance with HIPAA protocols. You're a Match If You Have Handled patient scheduling or insurance verification for U.S.-based healthcare clients. Worked with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks. Processed prior authorizations or medical billing for U.S. payers. Operated under HIPAA compliance and strict documentation standards. Strong spoken and written English — C1 level required. 3+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry (providers, insurance, care coordination, billing, or similar) — required and must be documented on your resume . Comfortable with EHR platforms, insurance portals, or healthcare tools. Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process. Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with CRMs and multiple web-based tools. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across a queue. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive salary based on experience. Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General). 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations. Private health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the start. Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client. Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts. Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture. Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years. IMPORTANT: When applying, please upload your resume in English.
