Pega Test Automation & QA Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 8-10 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Test Automation & QA Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, Pega DCM, end-to-end testing, functional testing, and QA management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions
• Define and implement test automation strategies and frameworks
• Develop automated test cases for functional and regression testing
• Create and execute automated tests for Pega DCM (Dynamic Case Management)
• Automate Pega DCM workflows, business processes, and case scenarios
• Validate integrations between Pega DCM and connected systems
• Perform end-to-end functional testing across complete business processes
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements
• Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects
• Manage and improve overall QA processes and testing activities
• Define test plans, testing standards, quality gates, and QA documentation
• Monitor test coverage, quality metrics, defect trends, and test progress
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation and QA practices

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience in Test Automation / Automation Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Pega DCM Test Automation
• Proven experience with End-to-End Testing
• Strong experience in Functional Testing
• Experience in overall QA management
• Strong understanding of test strategy, test planning, execution, and defect management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
