As the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll:

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test matrices, defining test scenarios, executing test cases, and analyzing test results.
  • Collaborate with IT to investigate, validate, resolve, and re-test system defects.
  • Identify, document, and analyze issues related to system processes and functionality.
  • Support process improvements and facilitate change across pension administration teams.
  • Provide ongoing operational support related to system updates, process changes, and new functionalities.
  • Lead or support training activities for system or process changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Member Services, Employer Services, and IT, to strengthen quality assurance and operational readiness.
  • Conduct quality inspections on pension processes to identify gaps, root causes, risks, and ensure alignment with plan rules, legislation, and compliance obligations.

To Succeed, You Bring:

  • College diploma or university degree, with three (3) plus years of experience in MEPP, public‑sector pension administration, or pension outsourcing.
  • Experience with pension administration processes, plan texts, legislation, and system operations.
  • Hands‑on experience in testing, documenting system changes, quality reviews, and defect analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and mathematical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret data to form sound conclusions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL or Power BI experience is an asset.
  • Excellent judgment, time management, and ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • PPAC, CEBS, CBP, PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are considered assets.

The target hiring salary for this position is $81,700 - $96,000. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
