What We Look For
We're interested in hearing from pensions professionals with experience gained within third-party administration, in-house pension schemes, consultancies or related pensions environments.
Essential Experience
- Experience working within Defined Benefit and/or Defined Contribution pensions administration
- Good understanding of pensions administration processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Strong customer and client service focus
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Desirable
- Experience mentoring, coaching or checking the work of others
- Technical pensions knowledge
- Project or change-related experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Professional pensions qualifications or studies towards qualifications such as CPC, QPA, DPC, RPC or APMI
